Our Philosophy Morgan's Educational Group believes that ALL children can thrive with proper environmental influences and educational foundations. In addition, we understand factors like culture and ethnic background are an influential part of how children learn. We consider all learning styles when building our curriculums as we seek to create an environment that is stimulating and engaging for each student.
During your child's tenure we will observed and assess their cognition to determine a learning path that will enhance performance and the achievement of important milestones for their stage of development. This will be an ongoing process during the academic year to ensure our students are getting the most benefit from our curriculum. Results of these assessments will be shared with parents during quarterly service report meetings. We encourage every parents participation in this process as it is essential to reinforcing the lessons and methods being taught in school. We encourage feedback from families through periodic surveys to assess where improvements can be made to better serve your child. |

Experienced Professionals
Morgan's Educational Group is committed to providing the best childcare experience to all families regardless of race, ethnic origin, handicap, sexual orientation and religious creed. Our programs are operated by staff who posses over 10 years experience in the Childcare & the Child Welfare Industries. Our commitment to these fields is unwavering and we seek to provide an environment for every child that is safe, nurturing & compassionate.
We are a Provider Stars participant and seek to provide an exceptionally high quality standard of care. Each staff member is required to complete a total of 20 CEC (Continuing Education Credits) annually, which is above the state regulated requirement of 12 hours. Our teachers are also given "in house" training on how to properly provide assessments, implement curriculums into lesson plans, write meaningful and informative service reports and classroom management. This training is key to ensuring every teacher employed with us is maintaining our award wining educational standard.
