Morgan's Educational Group LLC  is dedicated to delivering the best childcare experience for all families, regardless of race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or religious belief. Our programs embrace diversity and encourage positive interactions with children and their families, respecting cultural differences.

Our staff members have over 20 years of experience in the Childcare and Child Welfare industries. We are deeply committed to these fields and strive to create a safe, nurturing, and compassionate environment for every child. We are a 10,000 sq. ft. facility licensed by OCDEL Southwest Region for 172 seats. We are currently designated as a Star 2 facility and are pursuing our 3rd star in 2026. We are one of the largest privately owned Early Childhood Education Centers in the City of Philadelphia, due to our large licensed capacity. We are not governed by PHL-PreK, Head Start or PreK Counts. We accept ELRC State Subsidy and Private Pay for tuition payments. Through our aggressive donor initiative, we intend to roll out our scholarship program for low-income families, to cover co-pays and costs associated with childcare for families. 

As a Provider Stars participant, we aim to uphold high-quality care standards. All staff members must complete 20 Continuing Education Credits annually, surpassing the state's requirement of 12 hours. Additionally, our teachers receive internal training on conducting assessments, integrating curricula into lesson plans, writing comprehensive service reports, and classroom management. This training is essential to ensure all our teachers maintain our award-winning educational standards.

​We believe that Early Childhood Education is the one of the most important components to building a solid educational foundation for young children. We understand that children's cognitive and social emotional development in early childhood, directly impacts who that child will become in adulthood and thus impacts the  future of society as a whole.

During your child's tenure we will observed and assess their cognition to determine a learning path that will enhance performance and the achievement of important milestones for their stage of development. This will be an ongoing process during the academic year to ensure our students are getting the most benefit from our curriculum. Results of these assessments will be shared with parents during quarterly service report meetings.

​We encourage every parents participation in this process as it is essential to reinforcing the lessons and methods being taught in school. We encourage feedback from families through periodic surveys to assess  where improvements can be made to better serve your child.
